Possible New License

Dear NAME,
It has come to our attention that there was an error in validating the license number provided on your account. We are unable to locate your license with the name and number provided. We ask that you verify the license number entered is correct and that the name on your account matches the license you possess. However, if the information provided is accurate and you are recently licensed, the issue could be that the "Florida License Database": has not yet been updated with the information. If this is the case, once you are in the Florida Department of Health’s database, CE Broker will receive your information within 14 business days, after which you will be able to resubmit and validate your license. Additionally, we cannot report to CE Broker until the license has been validated on your account.
