Julia Tortorice, RN, MBA, MSN, has been the lead nurse planner and CFO for CEUFast, Inc. since 2001. She received her post baccalaureate certificate in nursing education from the University of FL. She received her MSN from the University of Phoenix. She received her MBA from the University of FL. Mrs. Tortorice is board certified nurse executive advanced (NEA-BC) and a certified professional of healthcare quality (CPHQ). She has worked as a nursing executive since 1984. During the time she worked in administration, Mrs. Tortorice also worked PRN in her clinical specialty area, emergency nursing. Mrs. Tortorice worked as courtesy clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida, College of Nursing for four years. For three years she directed a RN residency program which attained accreditation in 2011.

Annelies Wood, MSN, RNC, WHNP-BC is a NCC Certified maternal newborn nurse and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of neonatal, maternal child health, and obstetrical and gynecological care experience.
