RNs and LPNs are required one of the following, every two years:
Verified 50 days (400 hours) active practice in the previous 2 years, or 120 days (960 hours) in the previous 5 years;
Twenty (20) hours of qualifying continuing education in the 2 years immediately preceding application; or
Hold a current nationally recognized certification.
