In addition, CEUfast is partnering with facilities around the state to provide the required 6 hours of hands on skills practice to complete the certification program.

To be a joint provider with CEUFast, Inc., by providing the LPN IV Series: Return Demonstration of IV Skills portion of the 30-hour course for LPN IV Certification. The licensing fee of $500 per year.
The joint provider must purchase subscriptions for each participant for the 24 hours of online courses from CEUFast, Inc; or the joint provider can have the participants pay their own subscription to CEUFast, Inc. The current CEUFast.com subscription is $39 for a year of unlimited contact hours.
If the joint provider opts to purchase subscriptions for the participants, an organization account can be provided. Organization accounts are free to set up and would allow the joint provider to view participating users’ transcripts, view, print and email their certificates of completion, and provides access to reports to determine their course progress. Organization accounts offer discounts on bulk purchases of subscriptions. Discounts on subscriptions start at $36.00 per user for purchases of 10 or more subscriptions. The joint provider may charge up to $39.00 for each subscription they provide to the participant.
The joint provider is responsible to verify the participants of the return demonstration have completed the 24 hours of online LPN IV Series prior to participating the return demonstration.
The joint provider may charge any fee they choose for the LPN IV Series: Return Demonstration of IV Skills portion of the course. Currently, LPN IV Certification courses are charging $250-$300. CEUFast, Inc. is not responsible for collecting or paying any fees charged by the joint provider. If the joint provider is not charging a fee to participant of the return demonstration, a lower license fee may be negotiated. An example is a hospital that is training its own LPN’s at no charge to the employees.
In addition, the following forms must be submitted for approval 30 days prior to the presentation:
- Course planning form (provided). The content can be changed if it meets the course objectives. The CEUFast, Inc. Lead Nurse Planner must approve all changes.
- Biographical and conflict of interest form for each presenter and/or nurse planner (provided)
- Advertisement if used. It must list CEUFast Inc. as the accreditated provider and the joint provider
- Certificate of completion (provided)
After each course, the following must be submitted before CE credit will be submitted to CEBroker:
- Copy of participant list including LPN license number
- Copy of evaluations or summary of evaluations. (provided) Opportunity for course evaluation must be provided, but evaluation completion is not required.
