Nursing Student Certificates

If you are a nursing student and need your state's specific accreditation statement listed on your certificate to meet a school requirement, please take the following steps:

1. Log in to your CEUfast.com account

2. Click "Edit Profile" under your name

3. Click "Add License" under My Licenses

4. Select "NS - Nursing Student" in the profession field

5. Enter in your student ID number in the license number field (the date fields can be left blank)

6. Click the green "Add License" button

Please Note: Adding the Nursing Student "license" will only provide specific state board accreditation statements for the following states, as these are the only ones that currently have a board statement requirement in effect:

• Alabama
• California
• District of Columbia
• Florida
• Georgia
• Kentucky
• New Mexico
• South Carolina
• West Virginia
