Log in to CEUFast.com with your username and password.
From your account home page, click the “Edit Profile” link located under your name in the top‑left corner.
Update your name as needed, then click the “Request Name Change Now” button.
Please note: This button will only appear if approval is required before the change can take effect on your account.
IMPORTANT: If your name change can be legally verified without additional documentation, your account will be updated within 2–3 business days. If the name change cannot be verified, supporting documentation will be required. You may submit documentation immediately after making the request—there is no need to wait—doing so may speed up the process.
To prevent fraudulent activity, name changes are not permitted after tests have been completed and certificates issued, unless a legal name change has occurred. If you have had a legal name change, please send the appropriate documentation to the address below, or email scanned copies to support@ceufast.com. Once received, we will update your account as quickly as possible.

Acceptable Proof of Legal Name Change
If you are mailing physical documents, please include the email address associated with your CEUfast account, along with any other identifying information, to ensure the fastest possible update. Documentation that cannot be matched to an account will result in no changes being made.
