Assistance with Self-Administration: Medication Savvy for Nursing Assistants
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to assess resident eligibility for self-administration of medication and understand which medications CNAs may assist with. Learners will also become familiar with prescription label requirements, proper medication storage, key medication classifications, the seven rights of medication administration, and indicators of potential medication misuse.
Pharmacology: Current Practice
This course covers the ten foundational rules for legal accountability in drug administration and the key principles of pharmacokinetics.
