RN, LPN, ARNP Requirement includes completion of two of the following:
30 contact hours, 60 hours of uncompensated professional nursing activities, or 320 hours of nursing employment.
RN, ARNP, CRNA: Renewal begins October 1 and is due by November 30 of even-numbered years.
LPN: Renewal begins August 1 and is due by September 30 of even-numbered years.
CNA Requirement must be completed biennial or prorated based on certificate number:
- If your certificate number is between 1 and 13061: 24 contact hours and 160 hours worked as a CNA.
- If your certificate number is between 13062 and 13590: 12 contact hours and 160 hours worked as a CNA.
- If your certificate number is between 13591 and higher: no contact or worked hours requirements.
