RN, LPN Requirement:
For active licenses, 15 contact hours every 2 year period immediately preceding the renewal date. There is no CE requirement if the first renewal cycle is less than 24 months.

Special Requirement:
APNs with prescriptive must complete 5 contact hours of pharmacotherapeutics continuing education in the APN's area of certification each biennium prior to license renewal.

CNA Requirement:
Must have worked as a nursing assistant performing nursing or nursing related services for pay for at least eight consecutive hours within the immediate 24 month period prior to your current registry document expiration date.

Renewal Deadline:
The last day of your birth month of either even or odd numbered years depending on whether or not your birth year was even or odd.
