RN, LPN Requirement:
10 contact hours every 2 year renewal period related to nursing practice. Effective in 2017, 2 of those hours must be related to substance abuse. License renewal is due by March 1st.

CRNP Special Requirement:
To maintain prescriptive privileges, the applicant must complete 30 contact hours in pharmacology every six (6) years.
CNA Requirement:
Must have been employed as a nursing assistant for at least eight (8) hours within the prior twenty-four (24) months; or have completed a nursing assistant training and testing program within the past twenty-four (24) months.
Special Requirement:
Medication Aides must also complete four (4) required continuing education hours related to medication administration.
Renewal Period:
June 30th every two years.
