As a provider of continuing education, it is required by law that the date and time tests are completed are accurately recorded. All test completion information is logged based on the time zone it was completed in. While the time stamp is not reflected on certificates of completion, the corresponding date is. As this is a matter of legal record, the date of completion cannot be altered. Doing so would be considered fraudulent record keeping.
